This is a claim in which claimant alleges that the gutters and trim on his residence at
579 Quigley Lane, and his 2000 Ford Explorer, were damaged when a City -owned tree
fell during the severe weather of July 22 — July 23, 2010.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
