INTRODUCTION
An application for annexation has been received from John L. Knepper requesting
annexation and rezoning of 2.79 acres of property on the south side of the City of
Dubuque adjacent to Timber -Hyrst Subdivision. The request is intended to facilitate the
purchase of the subject parcel by an adjacent land owner.
ACTION STEP
I request that the City Council set a public hearing on the annexation request of John L.
Knepper for October 18, 2010.
