This is a claim in which claimant alleges that while his vehicle was parked near the comer

struck the front brush guard on claimant's 1988 Toyota pick-up.
According to the report of John KJostermann, Street/Sewer Maintenance Supervisor, Ops
and Maintenance records indicate that a Street maintenance truck did strike the brush
guard on claimant's parked vehicle.
It is therefore the recommendation of John Klostermann to approve this claim in the
amount of $128.40. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.

Dear Barry:
In this letter I will respond to the claim filed by Ronald Huntington.
Our records show that a street maintenance truck rolled ahead and bumped the
parked truck owned by Ronald Huntington. My investigation shows that the
damage claim of $128.40 is reasonable for the damage caused to the vehicle.
It is therefore my recommendation to pay the $128.40 claim as filed.
If you need any additional information concerning this claim, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Klostermann
StreetJSewer Maintenance Supervisor
