I disagree with the City engineering Division that my property will increase in value by$5025.34 by the reconstruction of North Burden Street.I can only say that,byreconstructingNorthBurdenStreet,it can only decrease the value of my home and thepropertyitison.I believe that the increase that you r engineers have placed on mypropertywasdonesolelytomaketheassessmenthigherforthenewstreetthatyou areplanning.(In fact,my property was the highest of the project.)
I would also like the City Council to look at the lots that are being assessed as unusable(Deficiency Assessment)on the West End of North Burden Street:
