This is a claim in which claimants allege that a large amount of debris made its way to
claimant's water heater, shower valve, and drinking water filter system while repairs
were being made to the water main at Raymond and Cooper Places.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
