Approve Minutes of July 30, 2003
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to approve the minutes of July 30, 2003.
Seconded by Kluesner, passed unanimously.

Request to Schedule Promotional Examination for the Position of
Equipment Operator II
Kluesner moved to schedule a promotional examination for the position of
Equipment Operator II and that the time limit for the list be established at two
years. Seconded by Wertzberger, passed unanimously.
Wertzberger moved that the date of the examination be set as September 25,
2003 at 6:30 p.m. at Five Flags - Majestic Room and that the deadline for
applications be established as 5:00 p.m., September 19, 2003. Seconded by
Kluesner, passed unanimously.
Request to Schedule Entrance Examination for the Position of Water Meter
Repairworker I
Kluesner moved to schedule an entrance examination for the position of Water
Meter Repairworker I, that the examination be open to all current City employees
and the general public and that the time limit for the list be established at two
years. Seconded by Wertzberger, passed unanimously.
Wertzberger moved that the date of the examination be October 8, 2003 at 6:30
p.m. in the Five Flags Ballroom and that the deadline for applications be
established as 5:00 p.m., September 26, 2003. Seconded by Kluesner, passed
unanimously.
4. Establish Passing Point and Certify List for Position of Account Clerk I
Wertzberger to establish the passing point for the position of Account Clerk I at
77 and above correct answers (77%). Seconded by Kluesner, passed
unanimously. The envelopes were opened and the names/scores were read.
Wertzberger moved that the list for Account Clerk I be certified as read.
There being no further business, Wedzberger moved to adjourn. Seconded by
Kluesner. Unanimously approved and meeting adjourned at 2:17 p.m.
