3. HUD Lead-Based Paint Award
City Manager recommending approval of the execution of a $2.4 million Lead-
Based Paint Award Agreement with the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.

4. Riprow Valley Conservation Easement
City Manager recommending authorization of the corrected version of the
conservation easement with Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation for property in
the Riprow Valley Restoration Project.

5. Vessel Systems Assignment of Development Agreement
City Manager recommending approval of an assignment of a development
agreement between Vessel Systems, Inc. and Marke, L.L.C.
