Mayor Duggan absent at
Roll Call but arrived at 4:20
p.m.
Mayor Pro-Tem Cline
read the call and stated
this is a special session of
the City Council called for
the purpose of conducting
a goal setting session.
The City Council reviewed
the year's accomplish-
ments and began to dis-
cuss the goals which had
been developed the previ-
ous year to determine
what needed to be
changed or added to
determine the City's Policy
Agenda for 2003 - 2005.
There being no further
business, upon motion
meeting adjourned at 9:00
p.m.
