a goal setting session.
The City Council reviewed
their Policy Agenda for
2003 - 2005 and identified
policy issues and actions
necessary for each target-
ed goal. The Council
established their Policy
Agenda 2003 - 2005 as:

Street Projects, Zoning
Ordinance Update, and
Erosion Control Policy and
Strategy; High Priority
Action Items
Telecommunications
Strategy. Annexation:
Policy and Implementation,
