Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that her vehicle was struck by a City of
Dubuque KeyLine Bus while both vehicles were attempting to turn from Wacker Ddve onto
J.F.K. Road, from two separate lanes, resulting in damage to claimant's right front bumper.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, Mr. Munson inte~ewed the
Transit Operator involved in the accident and has determined that the operator was at
fault.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this claim in the amount of
$349.60. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.

I have reviewed the claim brought against the City of Dubuque by Rachael
HouSelog, in which claimant states that her vehicle was struck by a City of
Dubuque KeyLine bus while both vehicles were attempting to turn from Wacker
Driver to J.F.K. Road, from two separate lanes. I have Interviewed the transit
operator involved in the accident and have determined that the operator wes'at
fault.
I recommend payment of the claim.
