Re: Vacating of the Hodgden Street/Steps located between 715 and 787 West
Locusts

My request is for the vacating of the above mentioned street/steps for the purpose of
parking/expansion. I understand that a variance for the steps needs to be
considered, and feel that can be accommodated. I have discussed the plan with Mr.
Alan Arzu, whose property (715 West Locust) also neighbors the Hodgenden
Street/Steps, and approves of the vacating plan.
Mr. Arzu and I will jointly purchase the property, and work together in a business
plan, if the city vacates and sells the propert3/to us. I have taken the liberty of
having Mr. Arzu sign this letter to show his support of this request. I understand
that this being the initial letter, there may be additional information. I would invite
