with conditions, for Plastic
Center, Inc. (Copy of support:

the City Clerk's Office and may
be viewed during normal work-
ing hours.)
Written comments regarding
above reclassification may be
submitted to the City Clerk's
Office on or before said time of
public hearing.
At said time and place of
public hearing all interested

given an opportunity to be
heard for or against said
reclassification.
