The City of Dubuque encourages your support and approval of the City of Farley's
request for funding for their Heritage Trail Connection project.
The proposed connection along Highway Y13 will provide a much needed, safe route
from the Heritage Trail to Farley. In addition, the expansion of the Heritage Trail
System in Dubuque County benefits all communities in Dubuque County.
