Mounds.

Nicholson, City Manager
Michael Van Milligen,
Corporation Counsel Barry
Lindahl.
Mayor Duggan absent at Roll
Call, but arrived at 4:40 p.m.
Mayor Pro-Tem Michalski
read the call and stated this is
a special session of the City_
Council called for the purpose
of conducting a goal setting
' session.
The City Council reviewed the
previous year's accomplish-
ments and began to develop
the goals and priorities for the
next eighteen months to two
years.
There being no further busi-
ness, upon motion meeting -
adjourned
at 9:07 p.m.
