Upon motion, the rules were
suspended to allow anyone
present to speak.
Port of Dubuque Land Sale:
Proof of publication on notice
of hearing to consider the sale
of property in the Port of--
Dubuque to Dubuque Initiative
and City Manager recom-
mending approval, uponmotion received filed.
Markhammoved adoption of
Resolution No. 619-02 deter-
mining that the proposal of
Dubuque Initiatives to pur-
chase the Dubuque
I Hardwoods property isin--
compliance with the terms of
the offering for the disposition
of the Dubuque Hardwoods
property in the City of
Dubuque, Dubuque .County,
Iowa and Resolution No. 620-
02 accepting the proposal of
Dubuque Initiatives for the pur-
chase and development of the
Dubuque Hardwoods property —
in the City of Dubuque, Iowa,
and approving the offer to buy
real estate and acceptance for
the property. Seconded by
Cline. Motion carried 4-0.
Upon motion, the rules were
reinstated limiting discussion
to the Council.
There being no further busi-
ness, upon motion meeting —
adjourned at 6:39 P.M.
