This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was stopped for a traffic light in
the southbound lane on Grandview Avenue at the Dodge Street overpass, he was struck
from behind by a City of Dubuque Operations and Maintenance Department vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
