As the listing REALTOR for the owner of these properties (EDWARD WALZ, 9170
Johnson, Dubuque, IA 52003), he has asked me to request a two-hour parking zone along
the west side of Jackson Street in front of his buildings.
We are inthe process of leasing 1365-1367 Jackson Street for a commercial use, and they
have noted that that all day parking in front of the building is not the most desirable
situation.
1399 Jackson Street has a commercial user with a two-hour parking along 14th Street.
