THE FINDINGS OF THE BOARD WERE:
Gary and Susan Bay, owners of 321 E 22nd Street, requested
an extension of time until September 12, 2003 to repair the
sunken rear porch exterior steps and verify if the rear
porch still leaks. The rear porch roof was repaired and they
are waiting for it to rain to see if it leaks. The tenants
say it still leaks.
The owners requested an extension of time until August 27,
2003 at the August 19, 2003 Appeals Board meeting. The
extension of time was granted at this meeting.
On the new Appeal, the owner states the contracted work was
rescheduled.
The original inspection date was May 7, 2003.
This is a Section 8 Annual inspection.

SEPTEMBER 30, 2003, THE REQUESTED EXTENSION OF TIME,
SEPTEMBER !2~ 2003~ WAS PAST DUE BEFORE THE SEPTEMBER 16,
2003 APPEALS BOARD MEETING. THE BOARD REQUESTED HOUSING
NOTIFY GARY AND SUSAN BAY TO LET THEM KNOW THIS WILL BE THE
LAST EXTENSION OF TIME TO BE GR3kNTED.

On the new Appeal, the owner states this is a big job and it
is for a garage, which the tenant cannot use.
The owners requested an extension of time until August 21,
2003 at the July 15, 2003 Appeals Board meeting. The
extension of time was granted at this meeting.
The original inspection date was April 14, 2003.
This is a Section 8 Annual inspection.

THE FINDINGS OF THE BOB_RD WERE:
Tom Cunningham, owner of 326 W Locust Street, requested an
extension of time until November 18, 2003 to complete
interior and exterior work. There is a living room window
with a large crack that needs to be replaced. A common hall
smoke alarm has to be relocated higher on the wall. There
are soffits and fascia area to be repaired and painted on
both sides of the building.
The interior repairs are to be done for 326 W Locust Street
#3, which is a Seciton 8 Annual inspection.
The inspection for 326 W Locust Street $1 is a Section 8
Initial inspection.
TOM SWIFT MOTIONED TO GRANT THE EXTENSION OF TIME UNTIL
NOVEMBER 28, 2003 FOR THE REPAIR AND PAINTING OF THE SOFFIT
AND FASCIA BUT DENY THE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE SMOKE
DETECTOR AND THE CRACKED WINDOW.

The house, garage and shed are deficient siding.
