City Council, Special Session, Thursday, October 30, 2003
Council met at 6:30 P.M. in the Public Library Auditorium
Present: Mayor Duggan, Council Members Buol, Cline, Connors, Markham, Michalski,
Nicholson, City Manager Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Lindahl.
Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council
called for the purpose of discussing the Fiscal Year 2004 budget.
Staff explained the sources and uses of funds for the Fiscal Year 2005 budget, including
the use of funds in the operating budget and in the capital budget. The source of funds
for the Fiscal Year 2004 adopted budget was also reviewed.
There being no further business, upon motion the special session adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
