Warranty Deed
That We Edward Langworthy and Paulina Langworthy his wife
of the county of Dubuque State of Iowa in consideration of the sum four thousand two hundred
and fifty (4250) dollars in hand paid the city of Dubuque of Dubuque County and state
of Iowa do hereby sell and convey unto the said city of Dubuque the following described
premises situated in the county of Dubuque and state of Iowa to-wit
Lots numbers one hundred eighty seven (187) one hundred eighty eight (188) one hundred
eighty nine (189) one hundred ninety (190) one hundred ninety one (191) two hundred
twelve (212) two hundred thirteen (213) two hundred fourteen (214) two hundred fifteen
(215) two hundred sixteen (216) in East Dubuque in the city and county Dubuque and state
Iowa according to the record filed thereof

And we hereby covenant with the said City of Dubuque
that we hold said premises by good and perfect title; that we have good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same; that they are free and clear of all leins
and encumbrances whatsoever; and we covenant to WARRANT and DEFEND the said premises
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the ,grantor aforesaid
relinquish all contingent rights, including Right of Dower, which they or either of them have in
said premises.
