in accordance with a previous amreement.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Northwestern Be1I Telephone Company
(NAME OF BELL COMPANY)
a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Iowa , in consideration of the
sum of $ 42.85
in hand paid by City of Dubuque
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said City of Dubuque
the following described property located in the county of Dubuque
and state of Iowa to -wit:
Three poles on private property south of Rush Street opposite Pear Street
and one pole on the west side of Central Avenue midway between West Third
and West Fourth Street all in the City of Dubuque, Dubuque County, Iowa.
The property herein conveyed is further located and described on the blue
print attached hereto and made a hereof.
To have and to hold the above described property unto the said C ity of Dubuque
its successors, heirs and assigns forever, and said No rthwestern Bell Telephone Company
(NAME OF BELL COMPANY)
does hereby covenant that it is well seized of the above described property, that the same is free and clear of in -
cumbrance, and that it has good right and lawful authority to sell the same, and that it will warrant and defend
the title to said property unto the said City of Dubuque
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
