Driscoll. A copy of Mr. Driscoll's February 1, 1991, note is enclosed. We have no problem with four of the five bills, since they are for property purchased by the City of Dubuque from the Molo Companies, and for which the prorated taxes were paid to the City of Dubuque at the time of closing. The fifth property tax bill, the original of which I am returning to you, is for the building that was owned by the Molo Companies, located on property owned and leased by the City to Molo. I have confirmed with the County Treasurer's office that this bill is for taxes on the building, not on the land. Under the terms of the Lease Agreement, Molo was responsible for payment of taxes on the improvements on the leased property, which would include this building. I would presume that was why there was no discussion about this property at the time of the closing, nor was any money paid to the City for these taxes.
