BETWEEN THE
Dubuque Police Protective Association and the City of Dubuque, Iowa
The parties hereby supplement the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City
of Dubuque and the Dubuque Police Protective Association as set forth herein to
accommodate a work week of four (4) days per week and ten (10) hours per day. This
supplemental agreement applies only to employees who are assigned to a work week
consisting of four (4) days per week and ten (10) hours per day. The parties agree that
the change in the work week to four (4) days per week and ten (10) hours per day will
not result in any additional cost to the City. The original Collective Bargaining
Agreement effective July 1, 2002 — June 30, 2005 shall remain in full force and effect for
all employees not subject to this Supplemental Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This supplemental agreement will be in effect from wiei.ev 6 , 2002
through , 2003.
