MEMBERS ABSENT: Al Vincent. Two seats are vacant on the Commission.

Sr. Hoverman called the meeting to order at 4 p.m.
Acceptance of the Agenda
Upon a motion by Mr. Herrig, seconded by Ms. Maloney, the agenda was accepted by a vote of 4 - 0.
Approval of the Minutes of the August 26, 2010, Meeting
Upon a motion by Ms. Tigges, seconded by Mr. Herrig, the Minutes of the August 26, 2010, Meeting
were approved 4 — 0.
Public Comment
There was no public comment.
Channel 17 Control Room Tour
Mr. Schaefer and Ms. Jill Specht provided and overview and construction history for the control room
that soon will be sending out the programming for shared educational access Channel 17. They are
now working with Mediacom to make last- minute improvements and hope to start operating the
channel soon.
Mediacom Cable Report
Mr. Barefoot reported on upcoming productions in the access community. He reported that Mediacom
is getting a new roof on its Asbury Road facility and that a replacement should be hired soon for
technician Brian Cooey.
Cable TV Report
Mr. Nowack reported on recently completed productions for the City's government access channel
and shows that are being planned. He provided an update on wiring at the new ice arena.

Upon a motion by Ms. Maloney, seconded by Mr. Herrig, the meeting was adjourned at 4:29 p.m.
