Page 1 of 2 I would like to stay involved with the commission from a little further distance than as a full commissioner. I'm pleased to see the aggressive goals that have been set for the coming years. I just don't think I can give as much to those goals as they deserve. That said, please accept my resignation from the Dubuque Human Rights Commission. I hope I could share the activities of ProudlyAccessibleDubuque with the commission by means of a report and be available to provide input and advice to the renewed Accessibility Subcommittee. Thank you for your leadership. Katrina kinder than necessary ever y ou meet is fighting some kind of battle. Page 2 of 2 I apologize for the late response. I hope that this email find you in good spirits. In the past we have offered commissioners the opportunity to alleviate attendance issues by having phone conferencing for the meetings. Please consider this as an option because your dedication and input is valuable. I applaud and admire your desire to put forth more than 110% effort with whatever task that you set your eyes on. We, as a commission, benefit greatly from not only your vision but your professionalism in working with the issues that we face. First and foremost is your health. With that being said please consider the phone conferencing suggestion and if that is not a choice, we would welcome to continue our relationship with you as you see fit. I thank you personally for your time and commitment to helping me see the bigger picture. I just reviewed the information that Carol sent and need to speak to the attendance issue. Short of a miraculous improvement in my health I am unlikely to be able to improve my attendance record. The Commission deserves more. One solution would be for me to tender my resignation as a commissioner and continue involvement as a citizen adviser only. Please share your thoughts or other suggestions.
