This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as a Farner Bocken Co. delivery truck
was traveling on Grandview Avenue near Finley Hospital during the concrete repair project
on Grandview Avenue, the trailer struck a large tree branch that was hanging out over the
street, causing damage to the trailer.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
