We, the undersigned Members of the Board of Supervisors, and ex-officio Board of County
Canvassers, for Dubuque County, hereby certify the following to be a tree and correct abstract of the votes
cast in the Regular Municipal Election held on the 4th day of November, 20~03, a~ shown by the tally lists
returned from the several election precincts.~
For the Office of Dubuque City Council at Large with one to be elected there were one
though3 eight hundred ninety-seven (1,8975 totes cast, as follows: ¥
Ann E. Michalski received one thousand seven hundred fifty-three (1,753) votes.
Scattering received one hundred forty-four (144) votes
We therefore declare Ann E. Michalski duly elected to the Office of Dubuque City Council -At Large for
the term of four years.
For the Office of Dubuque City Council - Ward Two with one to be elected there were One
thousand thirty-six (1,036) votes cast as follows:
Roy D. Buol received seven hundred eight (708) votes.
Kerin Moldenhauer received three hundred twenty-two (322) votes.
Scattering received six (6) votes.
We therefore declare Roy D. Buol duly elected to the Office of Dubuque City Council- Ward Two for the
term of four years.
For the Office of Dubuque City Council - Ward four with one to be elected there were two
hundred seventy-eight (278) votes cast as follows:
Patrich, ~. Cline received two hundred sixty,two (262) votes.
Scattering received sixteen (16) votes.
We therefore declare Patricia A. Cline duly elected to the Office of Dubuque City Council - Ward Four for
the term of four years.
1N TESTIMONY WHEREOF, We have set our hands and caused this to be attested by the
Dubuque County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections with the seal of Dubuque County.
