You and your fellow Council members new about Garmer's proposal all
the way back in April?
Ticket sales for Gartner's team was more important than providing
Dubuque citizens with full, accurate and up to date information? What a
shame...
And as someone who is leading the effort to pass the bond, how much
work did you do behind the scenes - while the proposal was being
withheld fxom public knowledge - to organize other individuals who would
support the bond, giving proponents a huge advantage over those of us
who oppose it.
Not accusations yet. But it smells pretty bad. Got a good response?
