The dasher boards are to be delivered Wednesday and then installed over the next three days. The rink is for drop-in use only - as of now there is no organized league planned. The City Manager and City Council are proposing no property tax increase for FY 2005. They will move more DRA funds into the operating budget and cut back on equipment pumhases. There is no word on the CIP budget yet; the court case is still pending, so all projects are frozen at this time. A new small utility tractor that was purchased for use primarily at Veterans' Park has attachments for brush/broom, which will help with snow removal at Port of Dubuque and Ice Harbor.
