This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a minibus backed up in a parking lot
located at 3300 Windsor Avenue and struck the rear bumper of her vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
