2003 GPRA Annual Products Report for CLGs
Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is transmitting the 2003 Government
Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Annual Products Report. The annual report is a
form submitted by all Certified Local Governments (CLGs) to the National Parks Service
(NPS). The NPS uses the report to help demonstrate to Congress the accomplishments
of programs that are funded by the Historic Preservation Fund.
