CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

The Dubuque City Council met in Special Session at 5:00 p.m. on December 21,
2010, in Conference Room B of City Hall.
Present: Mayor Buol, Council Members Braig, Jones, Lynch, Resnick, City Manager
Van Milligen; City Attorney Lindahl
Absent: Council Members Connors and Voetberg
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council
called to act upon such business that may properly come before the City Council.
Water Pollution Control Plant: City Manager recommending approval of a proposed
settlement agreement with the Iowa Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(IOSHA) for violation notices for the Water Pollution Control Plant. Motion by Jones to
receive and file the documents and approve the recommendation. Seconded by Braig.
Motion carried 5-0.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 5:02
p.m.
