This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that high winds blew down branches from a
City tree, damaging the gutters of claimant's home, as well as claimant's 1985 GMC
Jimmy.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
