This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the sanitary sewer located at 8th & Bluff
Streets backed up, causing sewage to flow into the first floor apartments and hair salon
located at 919, 923 and 925 Bluff Street.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
