Subject: Claim against the City of Dubuque by James K. Clark
Dear Barry:
On December 10, 2003 1 received a call from James Clark claiming one of our
KeyLine minibuses had ddven into his yard and damaged his property. It was
snowing that morning and apparently one of the minibus drivers misjudged the
ddveway when they pulled into the ddve.
I radioed out to the driver who would have been in that neighborhood at that time
and the driver acknowledged sliding of[the edge of the ddveway into the yard. I
drove to Mr. Clark's residence and vedfied damage and recommend payment of
this claim in the amount of $224.70 as estimated by Mr. Clark.
Enclosure
Sincerely,
Mark Munson
Transit Manager
