City Council, Special Session, February 9, 2004
Council met in Special Session at 6:30 P.M. in the Library Auditorium
Present: Mayor Duggan, Council Members Buol, Cline, Connors, Markham, Michalski,
Nicholson, City Manager Van Milligen
Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called for
the purpose of discussing various City departmental budgets.
The budgets for the following City Departments were discussed: Human Rights Department;
Finance Department; City Manager's Office; City Council; City Clerk's Office and Legal
Department.
Markham requested that funding of Travel - Professional Conferences for
managers and City Council Members be held for separate discussion and vote.
