Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was traveling west on Loras
Boulevard near Adair Street, her vehicle was struck by a City of Dubuque Refuse truck
which was pulling out of a nearby alley, damaging the rear side of claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
