Dear Mayor Duggan and Council Members:
Loras College w/shes to offer its full support of the petition submitted by our neighbors
on Cornell, the 400 block of West 16th' W. 15th, and Pickett in their attempt to obtain a
residential parking permit district (RPPD).
We have had frequent communications with the residents to whom this request pertains
and agree that a restricted parking area would benefit the neighborhood and the
relationship of those involved.
