Chairperson Dixon called the meeting to order at 4:10 P.M.
Pfohl moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes and to accept minutes as typed
for November 3, 2003. Pregler seconded. Votes was all yes.
The board proceeded with review of applications and interviews for licensing and the
