Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that A City of Dubuque fire truck struck her
vehicle while it was parked in Municipal Parking Lot #1, located next to Fire Station
Headquarters on 9th Street.
According to the report of Dan Brown, Fire Chief, the claim of DanEI' Benn is consistent
with an incident that involved one of the City of Dubuque fire engines. Chief Brown states
that the repairs appear to be reasonable with the damages that he witnessed,
It is therefore the recommendation of Dan Brown to approve this claim for the amount of
the submitted estimate of $269.04. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.
