This is a claim in which the claimant alleges the side mirror of claimant's parked vehicle
was struck and knocked off the vehicle by a City of Dubuque fire truck.
According to the report of Dan Brown, Fire Chief, the claim of Jasmine Leon is consistent
with an incident that involved one of the City of Dubuque fire engines. Chief Brown states
that the repairs appear to be reasonable with the damages that he witnessed.
It is therefore the recommendation of Dan Brown to approve this claim for the amount of
the submitted estimate of $227.91. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.
