1. Approve Minutes of September 1, 2010
Motion by Schilling to approve the minutes of the September 1, 2010 meeting as
submitted. Seconded by Takes. Motion carried 3 -0.
2. Establish Passing Point and Certify List for Position of Firefighter
Motion by Schilling to establish the passing point for the position of Firefighter at
a raw score of 70.8. Seconded by Takes. Motion carried 3 -0. Schilling moved to
certify the list as read. Seconded by Takes. Motion carried 3 -0.
3. Establish Passing Point and Certify List for Position of Recreation Program
Supervisor
Motion by Takes to establish the passing point for the position of Recreation
Program Supervisor at 70 and above correct answers and to approve the list as
prepared. Seconded by Schilling. Motion carried 3 -0.
4. Establish Passing Point and Certify List for Position of Environmental
Engineer
Personnel Manager Randy Peck distributed a communication he had received
from an applicant who had not returned the examination by the November 23,
2010 deadline and who was requesting that he be allowed to submit it at this
time. Motion by Schilling to deny the request. Seconded by Takes. Motion
carried 3 -0.
Motion by Schilling to establish the passing point for the position of
Environmental Engineer at 49 and above and to approve the list as prepared.
Seconded by Takes. Motion carried 3 -0.
There being no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned at 9:22 a.m.
