Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that his parked vehicle was struck by a City
snowplow on Pennsylvania Avenue approximately 2 blocks east of J.F.K. Road.
Claimant states that he had parked his vehicle due to a broken right front tire, and was
waiting for a wrecker when the accident occurred.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
