This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was traveling westbound on
Hillcrest Road, the driver of a City sanitation truck pulled out from Morningview Drive
and struck claimant's vehicle, injuring the claimant and damaging the vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
