Campbell 03/29/04 02/09/04 Vehicle Damage This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while her vehicle was parked near 1600 Clarke Drive, a KeyLine Minibus struck the driver side of claimant's vehicle, breaking the mirror. According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, after investigating this claim he confirmed that the mirror on claimant's vehicle was broken after being struck by one of the KeyLine buses. It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this claim for the amount of the submitted estimate of $59.00. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.
