Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Dubuque Golf & Country Club requests permission to display
fireworks on July 4th, 2004 at about 9:00 p.m. on the Dubuque Golf &
Country Club grounds; near the lake in the middle ofthe golf course. The
rain date for the display would be Monday, July 5th, 2004. Responsible
persons will supervise the display.
