Committee Members Char Eddy Doris Hingtgen Harry Neustadt Present: John Walsh Committee Member Absent: Staff Present: Jim Holz Public Present: David Harris Tim O'Brien Joe Widmeier Leonard Dress Kris Neyen Joleen Patterson Bob Sabers Gary Anderson Tim Wtdmeier Mike Turner Appeal of Joe and Sara Widmeier reaardina purchase of 785 Gillespie Street Attorney Sabers, representing Joe and Sara Widmeier, presented to the Committee several reasons why they felt the City did not use a comparable replacement dwelling. He presented photos of the three properties in question: 785 Gillespie (Widmeier's property), 1353 Tomahawk Drive (the City's comparable replacement àwelling) anà 3547 Lunar (Widmeier's choice for comparable replacement dwelling). Joleen Patterson presented to the Committee reasons and photos explaing why the City selecteà 1353 Tomahawk Drive as a comparable replacement dwelling. After considerable deliberation, Doris Hingtgen moved to reconvene this meeting next Friday, April 2, 2004, at 7:30 a.m. to render a decision on this matter. Harry Neustadt seconded. Roll call. All present in favor. Motion passed. Char Eddy questioned whether being related to Joe Widmeier would be considered a conflict of interest. It was concluded that Char would abstain from any further voting or discussion ofthis matter due to her relationship with Mr. Widmeier. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Committee, Doris Hingtgen moved to adjourn. John Walsh seconded. Roll call. All present in favor. Motion passed.
