The membership may include a maximum of two (2) government officers and employees. Members Df the Commission who represent subcommunities utilizing dedicated channels shall not be deemed to have a cDnfiict Df inter- est in the use of the equipment and facilities provided for that purpose BDlely because Df their membership on the Commission. (b) The term of each member shall be for three (3) years, with three (3) such terms expir- ing each June. except those of the initial ap- pointees only, three (3) appointments shall have one year terms and three (3) appointments shall have two (2) year tenus.
