Chairperson Jim Holz called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. following staff assurance of
compliance with Iowa Open Meeting Law.

Doris Hingtgen moved to approve the 4 December, 2003 Housing Trust Fund meeting
minutes. Harry Neustadt seconded. Roll Call. All present in favor. Motion passed.
Discussion of the appeal process for the 32nd Street Relocation Project
David introduced Tim O'Brien, Assistant City Attorney. Tim explained to the Committee the
City's appeal process for the 32nd Street Relocation Project, outlining rules and administrative
codes associated with acquisition and relocation assistance.

adjourn. Doris Hingtgen seconded. Roll Call. All present in favor. Motion passed. Meeting
