This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that she tripped and fell at the Five Flags
Civic Center as she was walking from the tarp, which was covering the ice, onto the
basketball floor.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
